At Tempcon, social sustainability isn’t just a point on the agenda – it’s an integral part of our operations. We work systematically to prevent accidents and ill health, both physical and mental, through training, safety inspections, risk assessments, and clear routines across the entire Group.
We follow the Swedish Transport Administration’s Vision Zero – no one should be injured or killed at work – and aim to reduce work-related ill health by 10% each year. We also set high standards when purchasing vehicles, ensure protective equipment is used correctly, and provide continuous training in safe loading, unloading, and ergonomics.
But a healthy work environment is about more than just safety. That’s why we also invest in dialogue and development – through employee surveys, improvement initiatives, and supportive leadership.
