Christian Hallberg is Tempcon’s first Group CEO. Over seven years, he has successfully worked to build and develop the Group. Under Christian’s leadership, Tempcon has grown into Sweden’s largest player within temperature-controlled transport and logistics, with revenues exceeding SEK 3 billion, a nationwide comprehensive transport network, international transport operations, and Last Mile deliveries.
To strengthen Tempcon’s continued development, the majority ownership of Tempcon has been transferred to a new fund, Accent Equity CV, providing new long-term capital for growth. In connection with this, Christian Hallberg and the Board have, for some time, jointly worked to identify a successor to lead Tempcon’s continued development.
This process is now complete, resulting in Marcus Thuresson succeeding Christian Hallberg as of June 1, 2026. Marcus Thuresson brings extensive experience in leading businesses as CEO and most recently held the position as Group CEO of Gram Group.
