Transparency that strengthens our corporate culture

At Tempcon, we are committed to more than just efficient logistics solutions. We are also building a corporate culture rooted in engagement, trust, and collaboration. A key part of this is fostering transparency – creating the conditions needed to address problems early, before they develop into more significant risks.

Our Code of Conduct and shared guidelines are clear: we have zero tolerance for corruption and any form of misconduct. But we also recognize that rules on paper are not enough. What truly builds trust is the culture we nurture every day – one where it’s safe to speak up, where voices are heard, and where reports of wrongdoing are taken seriously.

A safe and independent channel

For several years, Tempcon has offered an external whistleblower channel that enables secure, anonymous, and confidential reporting – available to both employees and external parties such as customers and suppliers. The purpose is to provide a safe and straightforward way to highlight serious irregularities.

In 2024, a total of 18 reports were submitted through the channel. As in previous years, the majority did not concern serious breaches of the Code of Conduct or legal violations, but rather traffic incidents or disruptions in goods reception. These are managed as deviations within the relevant company. No cases of corruption have been identified in the past four years.

An ongoing dialogue builds a stronger business

We view every report – whether it formally qualifies as a whistleblower case or not – as an important part of our continuous improvement process. The whistleblower system is not just a compliance tool. It reflects the way we work across Tempcon – forward-looking, with high standards of ethics and a deep respect for every individual’s right to be heard.

We firmly believe that a culture of openness, dialogue, and accountability creates better working environments, stronger partnerships, and a safer, more sustainable business.
