New gas cars on the roll

To actively work with environmental issues is a matter of course for us at Tempcon Group. We can do a lot but we can do even more if we do it together with our customers. As part of reducing our and our customers’ impact, additional gas cars were put into operation during the spring. Three of these run at Tempcon Ljungby in traffic for one of Sweden’s larger food wholesalers and operate the section Helsingborg – Linköping every day of the week starting from the company’s new address in Ljungby, Näsvägen 4.

The use of gas, both LNG (Liquiefied natural gas) and LBG (liquefied biogas), is an important step in achieving the goal of the Paris Agreement on a fossil-free vehicle fleet by 2030. Something that many of our customers demand must happen as early as 2025. Achieving these goals requires continued major investments in new vehicles, new technology and new thinking about how we solve our logistical challenges. A challenge that we take on with great commitment together with our customers.
