On July 1, Tempcon Group acquired Foodcargo Nord AB with its registered office in Umeå. The company has previously been a subcontractor to Tempcon Norrland and before that Lincargo. Foodcargo will contribute to strengthening Tempcon’s position as a leading carrier of temperate products in Norrland.
The purpose of the acquisition is to strengthen and coordinate Foodcargo Nord AB’s distribution transports with Tempcon’s other Norrland-based subsidiaries Logex. Foodcargo Nord AB has a turnover of approximately SEK 30 million. The traffic is currently operated with 18 vehicles and 22 employees.

In this way, we will be able to offer our current and future customers an even better offer.
Niclas Conradsson, who previously ran Foodcargo Nord AB in the second generation, will remain in the business and be responsible for the distribution haulage in Norrland to secure operations and continue the development of sustainable transport for the future.
