Tempcon Group continues its growth journey in both sales and number of companies. As of the first of December, we are 15 subsidiaries and have sales of just over SEK 2 400 million. As a natural part of our growth journey, we are now taking the step to consolidate and streamline our administrative processes and thus create the best conditions for our employees to focus on the core business and our customers.
During the autumn, we began work on implementing a group-wide service for financial and payroll management based on “best practice” processes and modern digital solutions. To drive our development and secure our future, we have chosen to do so with cloud-based services from Xledger and Flex Application. The implementation of XLedger for finance and Flex for payroll began in the autumn of 2021 and will be in full operation next year.
There are many benefits of cloud-based services that we at Tempcon want to take advantage of, such as the opportunity to work more flexibly, more resource-efficiently with user-friendly systems and automated processes and not least more environmentally friendly. Simply more sustainable!
